How to Use the Portable Rebar Bender

Components:
- The machine consists of a bending and straightening head, oil pipe, and electric hydraulic pump.

Preparation:
- Check the oil pipe and oil meter for normal function.
- Connect the quick connector to the quick connector on the bending head.
- Place the steel bar smoothly in front of the bending module to ensure proper alignment.

Operation:
- Switch on the machine to start the oil pump.
- Hydraulic pressure increases up to 63Mpa as the load grows.
- The push shaft advances to bend the steel bar to the desired angle.

Adjustments and Completion:
- Manually check the bending angle for accuracy.
- To release pressure, turn the manual valve handle.
- After finishing the task, unplug the power and disconnect the quick connector.
