How the GW40 Steel Bar Bending Machine Works
GW40 Model Bender Motor Pulley, through triangular belt, transmits power to Shaft I motor pulley. Shaft I motor pulley drives gear. Shaft II drives Gear III. Then Gear III drives the working disk on principal axis. Through working disk and accessory installation, finish bending process.
Friendly Notice When Use GW40 Steel Bar Bending Machine?
- After bender is used for a long time (for more than 2000 hours), adjust the working disk by 180° for use. In this way, the working angle of internal transmission also changes 180°, which makes sure that the mechanical components and parts undergo uniform abrasion, so as to extend the service life of the machine. In addition, the processing of working disk has two M16 screw holes. When user removes working disk, user only need to screw M16×150 bolts into working disk. Then use wrench to screw in and remove the working disk stably.
- When you need to bend large-dimension steel bar (overФ32), re-conduct the bending process according to the direction specified in work platform, so as to reduce abrasion, decrease energy consumption, and improve service life of equipment.
