Product Features:
- Durable Construction: Made from high-quality ductile iron casting, the GQ52 Steel Rebar Cutting Machine features a compact and sturdy design, ensuring exceptional performance and longevity in a space-efficient form.
- Efficient Lubrication: The box-type closed structure with a gear splash lubrication system ensures optimal lubrication performance. After a single refuel, it can operate continuously for over two months. Be sure to maintain oil levels above the marked scale line for consistent lubrication.
- Power Savings: Enhanced lubrication and the use of rolling bearings on the gear shaft ends result in a significant reduction in functional consumption. GQ52 Steel Bar Cutting Machine achieves up to a one-third reduction in power usage compared to similar machines, even under equivalent loads.
- Mobility & Maintenance: Designed for easy transportation, the GQ52 Steel Bar Cutting Machine features front-wheel steering for effortless movement and simple maintenance.
- Secure Knife Plate: The transparent fixing bolts securely hold the knife plate in place, ensuring it remains steadfast and resistant to damage.
Safety & Precautions for Use:
(I) Preparations Before Use:
- Manually rotate the machine to check proper gear meshing.
- Ensure the blade is securely installed, maintaining a 0.2-0.5mm gap between the two blades.
- Inspect the tightness of all bolts on the machine.
- Verify that the electrical components are in good condition, with proper insulation. Install leakage protection devices and ensure the equipment’s grounding wire is securely grounded.
- Thoroughly lubricate all rotating parts before operation.
- Perform a no-load test. If any irregularities are detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection and repair.
(II) Precautions During Use:
- Always position the steel bar at the bottom part of the blade for cutting. Avoid unnecessary use of the upper blade to prevent excessive strain on the machine.
- Regularly check that the blade remains intact during operation. If the blade edge becomes worn, replace or sharpen it immediately.
- If issues arise during operation, disconnect the power supply and inspect the machine for necessary repairs.
- Never attempt repairs or adjustments while the machine is running.
- Ensure all safety guards are securely in place before starting the machine to prevent accidents.
- When engaging the clutch, fully depress it. Avoid partial engagements, as this can lead to premature clutch wear.
- Clear any waste material beneath the blade promptly to prevent excessive pressure and potential damage to the knife plate’s fixing bolts.
